Lead Team is vested with the management of the business and affairs of the church; they provide oversight and leadership to ministry leaders by encouraging and equipping them to the best of their abilities; and they hold the lead pastor accountable to the mission of Grace Crossing and the requirements for church leadership set forth in scripture.

These men must meet the biblical requirements for church leadership set forth in 1 Timothy 3:2-7.
